Vision

Vision Goals

To cultivate able workers for pastoral, missionary and other Christian works for local and international churches, in order to promote the evangelical movement, the establishment of Christian churches, and to expand the ministry of the kingdom of God until the Lord returns in glory.

Vision Task

1. To train knowledgeable, spiritually mature, and effective ministry and missionary workers through solid theological education and spiritual training, for the spread of the Gospel and the growth of the Church.
2. To provide opportunities for MBS lecturers and staff to provide challenging and sustainable opportunities for education and ministry.
3. To provide seminary students with a wholesome study and living environment.
4. To provide holistic academic and ministry resources for theological education, particularly in the context of Asian social and religious studies.
5. To work in partnership with churches to promote theological education for all believers.

Vision Strategy

1. We will provide practical and theoretical courses and teaching.
2. We will establish strong cooperation amongst the educators.
3. We will establish a well-equipped, resourceful library and research center.
4. We will establish an efficient administrative team.
5. We will establish an efficient administrative system and facilities to complement the administrative center.
6. We will maintain a close partnership with the Church and other Christian organizations.
7. We will forge an effective network of contacts and communication channels.
8. We will provide well-equipped classrooms and student and staff quarters.
9. We will build a multi-purpose hall and activity center for the seminary and other churches and organizations.
10. We will establish a beautiful and elegant campus environment.
